Hello!!

Maria has to take some medicine and she has to take one of the pills 1.5 hours before the main meal (which she eats with the insulin) with a teaspoon of food. As far as I know, it is good to be fasting for at least 2 hours before the insulin. Will there be a problem?

It is OK, the 2 hours rule is more for newly diagnosed cats, when you are still learning what their patterns are and how food influences them. A teaspoon of food should not be an issue. I think I would test her right before so you can see if she is falling between then and her preshot, just in case.
