This morning Ivy had what I would call a “normal” looking BM. Hooray for that :bighug:

I’m contemplating taking her off of the Cerenia and the colon rescue in the hopes that she doesn’t need it anymore.
I will send an email to her vet to see if he agrees, it’s been several days of things looking better and better each day, so I think and I hope we are in a good place.

She had a yellow overnight cycle on her Libre. If no improvement by Sunday morning, I will give her an increase.

She woke me at 4 AM for cuddles today, I have a feeling what happens is that her automatic feeder rotates to a closed spot at that time.
I guess she comes looking for me for either food or cuddles, whichever she can get :)

That’s so sweet of her, even if there’s some food motivation. Isn’t that such a nice feeling though that she wanted to be close :)

Sounds like she's purrrrrfected her recipe for those baked good hehe. That's very good to hear.

And I love reading about the snuggles. She's such a sweetheart.
I see she's watching Nestle from the meadow. Come on Ivy just a hit more and you'll be on the beach.

Oh, I'm so glad she's doing a bit better and coming for cuddles/food. Listen, when Jude comes for food, there aren't any cuddles involved; he puts his paw on me repeatedly, in an increasingly demanding way as if to say, "hey, lady that food bowl needs attention, stat." If I try to cuddle with him, he immediately runs to the food bowl :cat: sort of like (and you may be too young to remember this) Lassie the dog would do to try to show Jimmy that something was wrong.

And, yay for healthy poops!!

Afternoon Staci, The poop situation sounds great .
Aww cuddles for whatever reasons are always welcomed. I hope you hear back from the vet today .
