Is it in a quiet place?
I know Ivy likes a very quiet area to eat and do her “business”. Otherwise she gets very nervous.

If you have the room, I use a giant low side storage tote. Gives them plenty of room to find "the spot" and Petey stopped making a ridulous mess!
 
It's in the corner between the cat tree and a window. I live alone so the entire place is quiet, minus the ruckus the rats can make. No loud noises or anything outside. I could try putting the box under the side table by the sofa. The only other spot is next to the rat cage. The regular covered litter box is in the bathroom.
 
Back to 2 units. 2.25 is too much again but 2 units isn't quite enough :confused:

No pee in the sink but I'm not going to jinx it :nailbiting::nailbiting: He did poop on the pee pad covered litter mat, though:rolleyes: Still nothing in the second box.
