I'm hoping the lab meeting doesn't run over today :nailbiting: I need to get home to walk the dog and check for pee puddles. I would have taken the day off but I'm presenting today and getting the wrath of Tiger Mom :nailbiting::nailbiting:(not my fault the lab doesn't use what I generate per their study needs :blackeye:). Pee pads are in the sink just in case Leroy ventures out of the bedroom. I didn't think about it until after I left but I should have put the large pads under the pet blanket I have on the bed:facepalm: I should get a bed sized washable pee pad.

Dog was happily chomping away on a large chicken treat when I left, oblivious to the rats rattling away in their cage :p Happy zoo :cat:

Glad to hear the zoo was happy this morning when you left for work. Hope your meeting doesn’t go too long, and hopefully Leroy won’t pee in the sink.

I had an issue with a former kitty when she was older she would pee on one of my kid’s bed. So I bought a shower curtain liner and an inexpensive comforter that lived on his bed for quite some time.

Every time she would pee on the bed, I would wash the comforter, wash the shower curtain liner and start over again.
There was no point in having her destroy an expensive comforter and ruin the bed all at the same time.

There’s always some challenge to overcome :arghh:

Meeting was :arghh: I got all the blame for the lab's inability to use what I generate for them :blackeye: I can send all the reminder emails I want but everyone just ignores them. So how is it my fault people aren't using their stuff? :banghead:

Anyways, I got home +9 and there was no pee in the sink or anywhere outside the litter box. Leroy actually left poop inside the box. I had to call the vet's secretary after I sent pictures because I noticed a wound on the back of Leroy's hind right leg :facepalm: It's that pressure point on the hock. Balding is normal for most cats. Leroy has a scabby red dime sized wound on it :confused: It's always something with him :facepalm:
