Rudy's AMPS is 87 this morning after moving him to 3.5U last night. Confused about whether I should still feed and give insulin when he's this low, it's very abnormal for him. I'm going to hold on feeding him and test again in 30 min to see if his numbers start to rise, but for people who have been following his numbers, what do you think I should do? Thank you!

*Edit: We tested +.5 92 and +1 98 and shot since he appears to be trending upwards. I'll test him again at +2 and +3 to get some good data. Hoping we can keep him in these lower numbers!

Wow, I'm tired. I meant 5/6, not 3/6. Not sure where that came from :D

That 98 looks like he's on his way up. Can you monitor him today?

Was the 98 at +1 or the 1/2 hour after?

I tested at +.5 92 and +1 98 and shot around 10 min ago. I took today off and will be monitoring him today!

So the 92 was 1/2 hour after you shot? A +2 will give you a good hint how he's going to do this cycle. We suggest a +1 and a +2 when you shoot your lowest number to date. Besides good data, it helps you figure out what type of cycle you might have coming. Side note: Neko bounced the first couple green preshots. All that worry for me and nothing happened!

I didn't shoot when I tested at 9AM bc I wanted to consult first with such an abnormally low number for him. I tested at +.5 and +1 to make sure he was starting to trend upwards and shot at 10AM-10:05AM. I'll monitor him closely today. Thanks!

I was asking, cause I wanted to get the spreadsheet right. You can put 87@+12 in the +11 cell from the night before, and put in the +12.5 test too. In the PMPS cell, put 98@+13. That shows that you stalled an hour.

And congrats on shooting your first green! :D
