Well it’s been a bit of a day….
I think Ivy licked/pulled her Libre sensor and tried to get it off, and it was giving crazy weird readings last night.

So I decided to start a new sensor at 1:45 AM overnight :arghh:

It was sort of half hanging off. Somehow she got it loose. Little brat :arghh:

I stayed in the basement and she disappeared. Apparently, she went upstairs, climbed into bed with DH and went to sleep.
Eventually, I went looking for her and found her there sleeping ;)

A little bit before my alarm went off she climbed on DH because he was snoring, and then she jumped off his side of the bed, which is odd because she didn’t use the Pet steps on my side of the bed.
When I got out of bed, she normally follows me downstairs, but she didn’t.

I went looking for her, and she was under my clothes in the closet, so I thought maybe she injured herself when she jumped off the bed.

So I carried her downstairs to the basement to her room, Fed her breakfast gave her her shot.

Then she didn’t eat her +1 or +2 snacks, so I started to think well that was odd.

She then sort of wedged herself next to a small space on the side of the sofa in the basement. Kind of odd behavior I thought again, she’s got to be injured.

Then she eventually went into her room and didn’t climb in her bed, but tried to burrow herself under a blanket.
Sometimes she does that but usually she just climbs into the bed, which she did not do.

I thought for sure she broke a leg or something. So I’ve been watching her closely hand, fed her her snacks and was contemplating taking her to the vet hospital.

Then about a half hour ago, she got up use the litter box walked into the TV room, jumped up on the sofa and laid down behind a pillow. Then, she jumped from one sofa to another one
I guess in the end, she’s OK, but she had to give me a complete heart attack for about six hours.

So I’m not sure yesterday’s chart was at all accurate. :banghead:

She’s still sleeping under a blanket in her room, seems to want to be left alone. So I gave her space today and just let her be there. Really hoping she’s ok.
It’s been a long day;)Wishing everyone a boring night ahead :cat:

That is strange! I wonder what that’s about? Maybe she spooked herself too, like hmm I haven’t done that in a while I hope I’m okay. I know you’ll keep a close eye on her :bighug:

These cats, I tell ya. I feel your pain and sorry she made you worry. I think we could start a reality TV show, always something firing up the nervous system! Maybe she was constipated?

I got a chuckle out of you sleeping in the basement while she's in the big bed! hahaha.

Hope the rest of the afternoon was relaxing.:bighug::bighug:

It was so strange, Laurie! I’m just glad she seems ok now. Whew.
Always something, right?
We could do without all the drama with all we need to manage :bighug::cat::bighug:
