Grey had yesterday high BG numbers which are continued today...Today is his 3rd day on 1.5 iu and although in this dose he had green numbers in the past now his number are high. Yesterday on 17April, the average BG numbers were at 362 ( libre has maximum and minimum BG numbers at each hour and I entered the min ones). What do you think should I keep the dose at 1.5 tomorrow on 19 April or should I increase it with 0.25 iu as till now the nadir is more than 200? Could these high numbers be due to knew dose wonkiness also this morning?

Unless you see numbers below 100 today, you can go up to 1.75U from tomorrow.
Now at 9.30 pm here after PMPS at 1.5 his numbers are still high on 470. I cannot understand why he has so high numbers most of the time and some nights before had rinse decline to green numbers...I could understand if all the time his numbers where high and he needs more insulin but this pattern seems strange to me. Have you seen it in other cats?

He is just bouncing from lower numbers. That is common in newly diagnosed cats. As his body gets used to spending time in lower numbers, the bouncing will reduce. Is he getting snacks between +2 and +4 to reduce sharp drops?

Yes, as he is only skin and bones he has enough food..now especially at high numbers he is very hungry..
