I know 68 is in the normal range but it's way lower than normal. Should I worry? Test her again in three hours?

 

Since you are not giving insulin this is fine. No need for more tests.

It’s common with cats not on insulin to have low readings and non diabetic cats as well.

 

Some cats not on insulin can have normal BG readings in the 40s.
