I don't think the ones available in Australia (BD Ultra Fine II) have half unit markings. You can use them with callipers though! I'm tagging a few members in Australia to help you with what they use: @Mel and Cargo @Laura and Gremlin @Nate2021
I wish I could be more helpful but sadly I'm U.S. based (I wish I lived in Oz!!). I hope you can find the syringes with the half marks there, but in the meantime you can do your best to eyeball it, or as @Bandit's Mom Bhooma said get some calipers for the most accurate dosing - even better than the half marks.
Just wanted to say I WISH I had used calipers from the start, so much easier, the variation from syringe to syringe is unreal once you start using calipers
