Amps 255 Libre

Yesterday was 2 calm cycles and the depot should be drained from the reduction on Sunday. I actually managed to sleep in my bed for most of the night last night so that was really great. (Still tired but at least I wasn’t on the sofa all night.)

Hoping for a calm cycle this afternoon as I have a hair appointment which will be several hours. Trying a new place and hoping it works out well. Much closer to home than my prior place. (I’m trying to move all my vendors to be very close by so I don’t have to leave the house for too long).

Happy to hear you could sleep in your own bed last night. It's such a luxury for us not many people would understand. She looks great so far today. Hope she continues like this and stays safe with Nestle by her side.

So of course she decided that today is the day she’s gonna break her little flat cycle and I have to leave in two hours.
At +5.25, She just hit LO and bumped right up to 43 on her Libre. So I didn’t get a chance to ear prick her it happened too fast. But she still hovering low.

Obviously I’m incredibly nervous having to leave in two hours, and this will be an active cycle for her.

My son is home and I will have him trying to offer her snacks to keep her coasting. It’s going to be quite a day for him and me and hopefully Ivy stays safe while this is all going on.
We will do our best and I can be watching on the Libre app and direct my son as to what to do

I know you are very nervous ,but at least your son his home to offer her snacks . You better be a good girl Ivy and eat for your brother .

Oh shoot. This has to happen today like this! You must be so stressed out!
Good thing, though, your son could look after Ivy - as long as she can keep eating, she can coast.

Oh Staci, I am sorry it is such a stress again. I am happy your son is at home and I'm sure he will manage well, as he can always contact you. I hope everything goes well and Ivy is safe and happy when you come home.

Thanks everyone for your support today. Been a nuts day. Ivy surfing lower all day long. Got a few tests, ear pricks. She’s pissed.

Then I left for hair salon, sensor failed. (It had been acting weird since she was in Lo range for a while. (I had a feeling it could happen).
Of course I’m not home to replace Libre right now.
Will have to rush home and replace it asap upon returning home. Sigh.
Of all days she would do this…..the one day I’m out for a bit. Ugh.
(Karolina, I’m getting a cut and keratin treatment, I get one about every 3 months. I do the hi lighting myself at home before I get the keratin. I know. I’m crazy.)
