Back in the pinks, think it's probably the combo of raising her lasix dose back up, and dropping the insulin.

@Wendy&Neko and others, how long should I stay lower before considering bumping her back up to 5?

I don't know how long Lasix normally takes to be at full effect in the system but she started blowing back up like a balloon in her abdomen, so the lower dosage of that didn't take this time.
 
Without any mid cycle testing the last three days/nights, it’s hard to say if this is a bounce, or the Lasix. If the extra fluid made her uncomfortable, that can also increase numbers.
