? 7/17 Thelonius 280 AMPS, 217@+4.5 bring him back up?

    He hasn't seen green in over a week, so he should go back up to 1 unit? Its been rather hot here, so he has been quite a bit less active than usual (though this is typical for him in the summer). The picture captures his current attitude pretty well.

    I feel like I'm failing any potential at remission for him :(

    I would. You aren’t failing any chance at remission. We have had cats one and two years out go into remission. He’s still not long term. That’s a year and more. :bighug:

    Good luck with the increase. He might have developed a little bit of glucose toxicity. More insulin should help get over that and back to healing greens.
