If he doesn’t come down tonight it might be time to increase. Threat is out there Gideon!

So only after 2 days, I would increase?
I guess I am confused. I evidently waited two extra days after his GREEN reading to increase. It should have been 8/28, but I increased by .25 units on 8/31 in the AM, to 1.5 units BID. So he has been at the new dosage for 2 days. I thought I was supposed to wait 5 days before another increase.

Sorry for my confusion, but I just want to do what is best for Gideon. I can certainly increase in the AM if that is what I should do.

Three days or 6 cycles. Did I count wrong? It looks like this is the third day. 8/31, 9/1 9/2.

No, you did not count wrong. I was thinking it was 5.
So up he goes to 1.75 units in the AM if we get no better numbers today.
    Thx.

PMPS = 389. We will increase to 1.75 units in AM. It is just so strange how they seem to become immune to the insulin, and then an increase and they drop to GREEN. At least that has been my Gideon's pathway. We have tried 1 unit three times, and 0.75 units three times. We have also had increases to 1.25, 1.5, 2 and even 2.25. He has just been extremely hard to regulate. Hope we will get there. The help has been phenomenal. Thank you!

They go up on dose then down and then up again. Eventually most settle in.
