First day off antibiotics. Hopefully tomorrow numbers will go down. If not, increase .25 tomorrow. Any advice always appreciated.

I would probably give it 24 hours after last dose to be sure, but if numbers don't improve, an increase is your next move. Paws crossed that it won't be necessary.
