    OK, now he gets that reduction. Remind me, was Maxi ever tested for IAA? Sometimes a switch in insulin can confuse the antibodies, causing the dose to come down. If he was IAA positive, I'd suggest being a bit more aggressive about reductions.

    Yes, he was. His IAA was 0. (His IGF was 500.)

    See how even food hardly brings his number up and how it goes back down again fast?

    Please advise on reductions.

    Try taking a full unit reduction this time. Typically over 10 units, changes are by a whole unit, unless your are tweaking the dose. You'll find out soon enough if a full unit is too much. But since this is the second reduction in a few days, he maybe wanted a larger reduction.

    By the way, when he hit 49 today, I went straight for the high carb food instead of regular food as before.
