Hi, has anyone experienced the AlphaTrak3 shutting off while checking blood glucose? I don't think the battery is low; I changed it a few weeks ago. (Btw, if the battery is low, do they say it is low??)
Currently, I have 500 data stored, so I was wondering if it's due to a storage issue, but then I found out there is no way for me to clear the history. When I am transferring the data, the device seems fine. It only shuts off when I check my cat's BG—like right after I see the BG number, it just turns off itself. So I usually just memorize and write it down somewhere. It's been like this for 3 days; should I just purchase a new one?
