In Memoriam - Halloween 2021

It has been a tradition for the kitties and caregivers of this forum to remember those of our beloved cats who made their journey across the Rainbow Bridge in the past year. Halloween has been that designated day for that memorial because according to our tradition, the veil between our two worlds is at its thinnest.

Thank you for remembering Darcy. I am crying.

 

So many of our kitties have traveled to the Bridge this year. We remember them fondly and we know that they are watching over their mamabeans and papabeans.

 

So many good cats lost this last year. Perhaps those northern light tonight are them waving back at us?

Was not a good year for me! Three of my civies went to the Rainbow Bridge this year... Peanut, Zoe and Ti-Gris! Missing them so much !!!

 

What a neat thought! We have heavy rain here tonight and cannot see the promised Northern Lights. But we know that the GAs are waving at us.

I started to cry, too, when I saw Felix's name on the list. I knew what this thread was about, but it's like it still took my emotions by surprise. Plus it's hard to see such a long list.

We lost three this year, too. It's so hard.

 

Thank you, @Sienne and Gabby (GA), for continuing our long-standing tradition of remembering all our beloved cats and friends who have passed in the last year.

May we see them all through the veil tonight on Dios de Los Muertos when they will appear to us.
