Milo 28/07 AMPS 419

Good morning. I am starting day 6 with Milo on Lantus. He is still at 3 units.
Yesterday: AMPS 283 +7 310 +9 290 PMPS 286 +4 198
I am testing as often as my schedule will allow. I will try to get a curve sometime this weekend, I hope.
Should I be continuing with 3 units until I can get this? His numbers always are high. I am new at this so I’m not sure how to proceed.
I was able to do a ketone test and he was negative. Thank you for any advice you can offer.
