    Hello everyone

I’m finding very hard to regulate my cat as you can see from my spreadsheet. Sometimes I wonder if maybe he is getting insulin resistant?
Shall I increase again the dosa tonight ? lately I’m getting just very high numbers …

    any suggestions? thanks appreciate

Hi, he is not getting insulin resistant. He saw greens just a few days back. With TR, you hold doses at least 6 cycles. If you don't see greens today, you can take him up to 1.5U tomorrow morning.

It is normal that they bounce so much between such lowers numbers and then super high?

Yes. Newly diagnosed cats can be pretty bouncy. Some more than others. With time they get less bouncy - as they get used to lower numbers - but some cats take longer to stop bouncing than others. Now that you are back and can monitor, you can get him to good dose sooner and get him used to lower numbers.
