Spooky's bs won't go down much

For some reason Spooky's bs won't go down much, and I even raised his Vetsulin from .20U to .25U and now up to .30U. I did a ketone on him at 2:00am and it was normal. He eats 1/2 can LC Fancy Feast 5X in 24 hours. He eats, drinks, uses the litter box and plays normally. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

I am having the same problem too. The numbers on Safie are still very high. I wish my cat had your cats number, I am running another curve today for the vet instead of waiting until next week.
