Today is Squishy Merlin's 1 year GA anniversary

Thinking of you today. Hoping that your memories of Merlin and the time you shared will give you strength and peace.

That was a funny post. Thanks for sharing.....it was a couple of months before we came here so I had not seen that post.
Time goes by so fast....I cannot believe it has been a year already. Squishy is missed.

That hole can be filled with many great Squishy memories.

How I miss Squishy. Thanks for the look back. I love visiting those old posts. I also love how Squishy lives on in your heart and in all of our memories.
 
I remember that, I wasn't on yet but it got linked in a condo after I joined. I laughed so hard!!

Thinking of you on this tough anniversary. I can't believe it's been a year already. I know he has plans to fill that hole soon!

I remember that post. That was so funny. It is good to be able to go back and get a good laugh at some of the things that have been said. She must have been really tired.

Hope your memories of Merlin bring you many smiles throughout the years. And that your friends lessen your loss especially today. Merlin was one special kitty. He's one of the first that I remember.

At this time a year ago Squishy became a GA :cry: The anniversary is hard and brings back a lof of memories. Since then I think Squishy had been planning something to help fill the hole in my heart. Because about half an hour ago I brought home my new kitten from the airport cat_pet_icon dancing_cat Will post more about new kitten tomorrow :smile:

I know it's hard to handle those GA anniversaries, Squishy knew too...what a lovely way to help heal your heart. Take care and enjoy the baby kitty. Pics...we want kitten pics! :mrgreen:
 
Thanks for sharing - long before we were on board, but even still - old posts are just the best. this one is priceless.

The picture was taken at the aiport. Details about his arrival are posted in "the other place".

The kitten is an Abyssinian. I was supposed to get two but one developed a health issue and I decided not to take him. I know Abys like company so I will look into adopting a shelter kitten if my Aby is lonely.

Thanks :-D I originally had another kitten picked but Squishy didn't feel that it was the right one. So he somehow told the breeder that and she suggested another one of her kittens. And now he's with me cat_pet_icon

Right now kitten is snoozing away on my lap

This is the first time I have ever seen him snooze :shock: Once his batteries are recharged, he'll be zooming around and wanting more playtime bcatrun_gif
