U-40 1/2 CC and U-40 3/10 cc

Yes. They are both U40 insulin syringes. The only difference is the max capacity of the syringes. For a 1/2 cc U40 syringe, the max capacity is 20 units. For a 3/10 cc U40 syringe, the max capacity is 12 units. Either can be used with U40 insulin.
