Ivana is halfway through the 10th cycle on 0.25u. The lowest she's been on this dose is 283. Surely the bounce would have broken by now, if it was a bounce? Should we increase? If so, to what - 0.25 fat/0.50 skinny/0.50 full?
 
I think that's long enough time to break a bounce. Last time she took 8 cycles. I don't know if you can find a dose part way between 0.5 and 0.25 - she did get to low 30's on 0.5U.

Ivana - come on down girl. The party is a couple floors lower down.

I can certainly try to find a dose between the two. It might not be exact, but it's worth a try! Shot is in 3hrs, so she's running out of time to pull out the big guns.
 
not sure what's going on with Ivana here. You might try drawing up the 0.5u and seeing how many drops are in that dose, then figuring out the new dose by counting drops. It's all a tiny amount - good luck with it!

Yep, she's fine! She's eating ok again, and because of that I've even managed to up her SEB to 1/4t per meal, which is good.

As it turns out, it wasn't that difficult to draw up a 0.375u dose. The insulin ruler I use has the 0.25u and 0.50u lines right next to each other, so I just put the syringe stopper inbetween them. We will see how she likes the couple of extra drops!
