She's doing a Lantus double dip where she came down a little bit but still higher than the nadir. This is fine to shoot, if you have plenty of strips, high carb food and can monitor - just in case. Do you feel up to it? Or do you want to stall, without feeding, for a little bit to see if her numbers come up?
 
What Wendy said. She beats me to it every time. Get a +1, +2 just to keep an eye on which way she'll go.
