Good morning!
AMPS 301, the bounce that never ends, dose increase back to 2.25. However, will have to reduce again around Thursday; this Sunday is Mother's Day and we will be away from around +5 on.

Boomer ate most of his overnight food but wanted my help around 5:15 this morning; I was awake anyways  so I got up, scooped out a spoonful of food from his auto feeder buffet to a plate, then picked up the rest (and started our coffee:rolleyes:)

On the agenda today....well it's raining out now but it's supposed to clear by noon. I have an appt to take my car in for an oil change. Then I'll be out with my camera after that; hoping to see some warblers today.

Yesterday I had a most successful satisfying day. As you know, I've been hoping to photograph a Common Loon as they are migrating through our area. But I was missing them each day, sometimes by only half an hour! Very very frustrating. Well yesterday a friend of mine alerted me to one on Saunders Pond.....DH's golf day was yesterday so I couldn't go out first thing in the morning like I usually do....but thanks to Boomer's continuous bounce I was able to get out at 10:00. I saw the Loon, it was closer to the opposite shore so I drove around and did get some photos but it was still a bit far away. I came back home around noon to test Boomer then, with his permission, went back out to Saunders Pond....could see the Loon way on the far side so I drove there again and there it was, about 20 feet off the shore. Got several shots. :woot::woot::woot: It is a juvenile so the markings aren't as strong yet and there's a lot of speckling on the head. But a Loon is a Loon and I'm quite happy with what I got!

Judy, OMG! Fabulous shot!

Good luck with the new dose.

I tried taking a picture of a stellar jay for you today, but he kept flying away. They have a nest on a ladder in my parent’s carport.
