    TGIF.

    Ate ok this morning. Not sure about the +4.5 last night (hubby was in charge, I went to bed), but the bowl only had specs left in it so I assume he got him to eat (eventually). I am going to see how his eating is today and maybe give Mirtz tonight.

    I did not hear from the IM yesterday so I am hoping to get the labs today and talk with him (or his tech).

    Hope everyone has a fabulous day! :bighug:

    Ok, got the full labs. BUN/CREAT are a tiny bit higher than last labs but not as high as some in the past. Plus the ranges are different so hard for me to say if they are actually higher or holding. I will work n getting them entered onto the SS tomorrow.

    The CBC is scary. Very scary to me. I am so glad I had the epogen on hand. He is already acting 100% better than he was on Monday. He met me at the front door tonight and he hasn't done that in about a month.

    Talked with Dr. Jen Cole (wife) and she is thrilled about the test result. She is so funny. About the "spot" in the bladder - she said that she found it very strange and, like me, concerned about the blood flow to it, then she stopped and said, "well, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, it is Gizmo" lol. I told her that was exactly my initial, roll my eyes, shake my head response. She will do the animea follow up BW and we will just keep plugging along and take it as it comes.

    +2=128 (retest was 118) :eek::eek::eek:

    See I told you he was feeling better. Unbelievable. I meant to ask the vets (any of them) if I should be cautious of the insulin with the epogen. I guess that maybe the answer is yes? IDK.

    That is a huge drop! And he just came running down the stairs :rolleyes::smuggrin:

    Gave about a tablespoon of HC gravy to try and slow him down. This is 5th cycle after a fur shot. He is on a mission tonight and I would rather not be up all night.

    I am taking a reduction tomorrow AM. I was so hoping for a nice quiet, early night :smuggrin:. I am just amazed at the change in him. He even has his 'tude back.

    I do hope that you're going very slowly with the epogen. If you increase it too quickly, you can cause stroke. I did cause my beloved Frau Freya to stroke out. I followed inaccurate advice from a vet who did not know better - I was her first customer to use epogen.

    That said, YAYYY!!!!!!, Gizmo!
