Yes, I had been planning on a dose increase. Didn't increase for a couple of reasons; first he would have made it to green, possibly lime green, last night had I not stopped the drop with a tsp of higher carb ff, and second we realized yesterday that it's almost a year since DH's mom passed and today or tomorrow we may want to visit her grave which is about 1.5 hours away from here (although I know, chances are he will bounce to the moon after that humongous drop last night).
So I have a story....something that happened yesterday. DH and I went out in the afternoon to run an errand. On the way home I suggested we stop at our neighbourhood pub for a beverage on the patio. We got seated and the manager of the servers (who also waits tables) came over to take our order and said "Guess who's coming to dinner". "No....really?" I said. We knew Prime Minister Trudeau was coming to London to open up Sunfest celebrations (since they were celebrating their 25th year). Yup, the Prime Minister was having an early dinner at the Old South Pub! So of course we hung around (and I was thankful that Boomer's numbers were high yesterday so I didn't have to worry about him). And I got pictures (of course all I had with me was my cell phone
). And yes I did get to shake his hand and speak with him. Funny how a day can turn around when I was feeling so sorry for myself yesterday morning
