Hubby got up and TFS this morning and let me sleep in. I gave the wrong med last night. I meant to give Cerenia but gave Cyproheptadine instead. Along with the Cypro he had 0.3mL Torb and Canna - he was one messed up kitty. I was in tears. I knew he would be ok but still felt bad. So I think that is why hubby got up and let me sleep.

Needless to say his meds are off schedule today because he wasn't sure what to give. I just tried the cannabis oil mixed with the fish cat food and he ate about half - so he def does not like the oil. I will get him to eat the rest in a bit but will go back to the CC. I will give some Torb and a Cerenia is a little while.

I am fighting a migraine so am moving a bit slow this morning.

I've missed your condo the past few days. :( Work really gets in the way of keeping up with the kitties. Lol
Glad you got to sleep in this morning, but so sorry about the meds mix up last night. :bighug: Don't be to hard on yourself. It can happen to anyone and you are doing a great job with Gizmo! Get some rest today and I hope your migraine goes away soon.

Gizmo, be good today ... your mamabean is having a rough day.
 
Does Cerenia come in anything other than 16mg tabs that have to be cut into 1/4? The tabs I have are crumbling when I try and cut them (using a new pill cutter). Not sure if I can get rx from vet (still closed) but I have other things I can try (animal hosp that is taking pets from closed vets in the area).

I thought that I read I can get from regular pharmacy and that I can get 4mg tabs but it may be another medicine.

( I didn't mix the oil in anything as Appy was one of our fights that I was hoping the CBD would help with. I simply gave him the drops orally about a half hour before food time. )
I could only get the 16 mg tabs here too, tho like you I'm pretty positive I read that they were av smaller.

I have only seen Cerenia in 16 mg or larger sizes, for droolers. You can give it as shots, but I have heard it stings.
