Yesterday's Condo

Flat blue is good. Flat blue is good. Flat blue is at least better than flat yellow! ;) Today's Mantra.

Cinco is just cruising along, enjoying his numbers and eating like a little horse. No news here.

Harvey is hating his new feeding method, but the bean is pleased - no scarf and barf today, either, so we will press on.

Today's entree selection, Nulo Duck & Tuna, was a hit with everyone except - you guessed it - Minka! She wasn't too enthused with the FF I offered, either, so I have some Mirtz loaded in the shooter and will be taking it up to her shortly. Nausea meds didn't help. Even Sasha, whose appetite has been pretty good lately, ate the new flavor with only a few treats near the end.

And, as I was typing this, I heard "that" sound. Upon going into the front part of the house, I discovered that Harvey just projectile vomited in the living room across into the entry hall! :eek:o_O:( So much for the small bites, spaced out theory!:facepalm: Stock tip for the day: invest in Kirkland paper towels and Resolve carpet stain remover! I knew I should have put "anti-jinx" in that third paragraph!

On that happy note, I have some cleaning to do.

Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans. :bighug: Keeping Amy's DF, Lyresa's DF & DH, Lisa's DF and Elise's DM in my prayers.

Never a dull moment in your house! Cinco, those blues are just the thing to re establish calm in the house. Poor Harvey. He almost worked his new feeding plan.

Have a good evening, Tricia,

Ella &'Rusty

Oof. Good boy Cinco. You keep sending out those calming blue vibes while mamabean dons her SuperBean cape and takes care of your brothers and sisters. Vines all around!

Just when you think you've got it figured out for Harvey. Splashhhhhhhhhhhh. Nuts. Sorry about having to do clean-up duty. (Sometimes I really do love my dog!)

Appy vines for the girls.

Hope your hand is less painful now after the shot. Tons of vines there, too.

And Cinco...just keep being easy! What a grand boy-cat.

Marilyn and Polly

Thanks for stopping by, Elise, Carla, Ella, Jen and Marilyn.

Cinco looks like he wants to go right back to blue tonight. I'm not ruling out a dip in the lagoon, but we'll see. He continues to be my lowest maintenance cat (anti-jinx!!!)

Harvey was ready to eat again five minutes after the violent eruption. Needless to say, I did NOT give him any food. I waited at least 20 minutes and then gave him a little Ondansetron in a pill pocket. He's been nibbling at dry food ever since. At dinner time I again gave him a small portion, which he again inhaled. He didn't get a second spoonful for 20 minutes, and he only ate about half of it, so now we'll see....

Minka got FF tonight and ate almost all of it, after a couple of plate chases. Sasha continues to have a stellar appy and cleaned her plate WITHOUT any treats!! :):):)

Thanks for asking about my hand, Marilyn. It is still pretty painful, but I do think the shot did help the one joint some. My rheumatologist told me I'd have to use that hand less during a flare up. How does one realistically do that? I remember my poor DM and how her hands pained her. I had a lot of sympathy, even though my own arthritis was just beginning. Now I can REALLY empathize! Getting old isn't for sissies.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. We were pretty lazy and didn't accomplish much. Sometimes that's a good thing!

We didn't accomplish much either at our house....Cinco, why don't you slide on down to the blues and start waving at Skooter, who will hopefully hitting da greens here at his +3.5

Oh the dreaded sound...I know it well....sadly I normally hear it four or five times as Skooter moves around the house so no area of the carpet feels left out.

I am glad to hear the shot helped at least one joint....better than nothing, eh? Sounds like there are some happy appy catties at your house, so that is good....

Here is hoping Cinco slides on down for ya...

ewwww...sorry about the flying pukus!  But I do love all that BLUE I see in Cinco's condo title!!! woot-woot! Hope Cinco has a little dip into the greens tonight!

Yoo Hoo!! Cinco!! .....Come on down! Took me all day, but I finally made it to the lagoon! ~ China

Hopefully the shots will continue to improve your hands Tricia! With all those fuzzy feets to feed (and chase around, and clean up after) I'm sure you're hoping for the same thing!

Great to hear Sasha's eating so well!!:)

Thanks for stopping in, Deborah and Chris. Harvey managed to keep dinner down. Cinco's teetering on the edge of the lagoon. I'm hoping he'll get his feet wet before the night is over. I know he loves hanging with China.

WOOT!! :D:D Good boy Cinco - that's a great way to make the bean feel better. Neko was down in the lagoon too, last time I looked.

More vines for your hands, ouch on the shot.

And Harvey - you are a real class act. :stop:
