I got the Lantus pens ordered. I haven't heard if they have shipped yet.

Why is Ozgood so hard to get regulated? Could it all be because of the repackaged insulin he's been on? He's been tested for about everything the vet can test for through the blood, and it all comes back good. I know bouncing from lower BG numbers could be an issue, but he's been in the 2 digit range on and off since early December. I don't know what to do other than wait until the pens get here and try those.

The saying is that cats bounce until they don't. My Neko was a major bouncer when she started. Three years later she's a minor bouncer. Spending time in normal numbers is what helps them stop the bouncing. But I know the wait can be frustrating.

I'd also get some tests in the night time cycles. Many cats prefer going lower at night. You could be missing a low number then that is setting off more bouncing. Even getting a test before bed will give a clue how the cycle went.
