Do you do anything different food wise in the pm cycle from the morning cycle?

He seems to like those lower amps numbers.

Yet another thing we learn on FDMB.....Time Travel:p

Nope nothing too different. He used to get a can of FF am and a can pm but after advice here, am now giving him a can at bedtime too. Maybe that’s the difference? Unusually lower AMPS last three days. Usually higher at AMPS. And I think he’s lower since the bedtime can.

I did look into getting a timed feeder as I thought the risk of my civvie getting too much outweighs benefit of Silver lower numbers. But they are just too pricey. Silver pushes Sasha out the way when it comes to food so more likely he would be the one to get it anyways.

Managed to have a yellow AMPS and PMPS. Was expecting our usual pink or red. Here's hoping its yellow or blue in the am and we can get a half decent active curve. No bouncing Silver please. No work tomorrow so will see if I can stay awake to get a +2, +4 and +6 tonight but that would mean staying up til 12:45am....hmmm.

Are you able to set an alarm and get up to test? That way you could get some sleep in between tests. It works for some people and doesn't work for others.

Might try that if I start dosing. Getting a +2 in half an hour so hoping that will give idea if active cycle.

Yes I know that. He always does that. But if +2 is the same or lower than AMPS then it’s likely to be an active cycle.

That is what they say.... if you want to stay up for a +3 or +4 that may be a good number to get. But if you need your rest...

I am around for another bit waiting for Jones +2. Maybe longer depending on the number.

Looks like I will be up for a bit. He is dropping at +2. Eating well though. He usually nibbles on his food right up to +6.

Come on Silver, this is your weekend! Let’s see what this dose can do!

Juliet, I’m glad the extra feeding seems to be working well! :bighug:

Well I’ve no idea giving a little extra food at night is making any difference. Food hikes his numbers so I’m not convinced. He doesn’t even want it. Walked away and left half of it. He’s used to two meals a day. Doesn’t want more.

Pretty sure this dose is doing very little. Highly likely increasing on Sunday unless I see green tomorrow.

As long as you see what the dose can do, you can do something about it if it’s not working well. ;)

Tonight looks like a normal cycle..food bump at +2 and drop by +4.

He usually nadirs +6/+7 it seems like. But if you need rest - tomorrow is another day and this cycle shouldn't dropping him low or anything to start a bounce.
