Jerry Condo I decreased Jerry down from .5 to .25 units on Oct 9th. I wanted to see how he did on the reduction before I left on the 12th. I did not see much change in his numbers really. I had he petsitter give the am shot on the 12th and he was at 122. I had her test him at +3 . At that time she could not find Jerry for about an hour but did not give up. He was hiding under our couch that has a power recliner and was stuck in the mechanisms . ( He has never gone under there before ) . She got him out ok and tested him and he was at 34. She is sure she gave him the right amount and she is really careful but that small of amount is hard to do especially if you dont give shots everyday like her. He acted fine but ate a good portion of his food . She tested again and his number went up to 53 at +5. Since he dropped under 40 I told her no shots since he was on .25 and next step is nothing. His numbers have stayed pretty good without shots so I just had her test and record so I could see where he was going. . I don't think remission but maybe? Best to keep no shots and monitor him closely? He is acting fine and still taking the cann a pet for his arthritis which even the pet sitter noticed how much better he was in that respect.

I agree with the .1 I like to use calipers for measuring but there is no way to take them down that small. I can see it will be hard to micro dose but I will do my best. Just wish the marks on the syringes were more
consistent!!

You are so lucky to have such a great, dedicated cat sitter - going to such lengths to find Jerry to test him, and making sure he came up!

I agree with the others that Jerry's pancreas needs a little more support. But this is still pretty exciting!

C'mon, Jerry! You can do this!
