    I understand your frustration with the high bouncing. We have the same problem lately, not to mention all the others!!!
    Hopefully you will be able to get the R to help out.
    Are your going to try to use the R while she is on Lantus or are you switching to Levimir?

    Oh how I do hate it when kitty does that. So many times where I think I'm gonna get a good number for a +4 and then boom! Wrong direction o_O Silly kitties! Don't they realize that nadir is supposed to be +6? Not +3???

    Hope you get that elusive blue soon!!!

    going to pick up some R tomorrow (when I am near the Walmart) and have a call into the vet re switching to Levemir. Already half way through the vial of Lantus purchased at the end of Sept!

    Hey, little girl. It's Hyde not High-ed. So get your furry butt down into some lower numbers. Please.

    Sending lots of vines for the R trial this weekend. It sure has worked some wonders for other kitties on the board. You, Miss Hyde can join their "R" club.

    Gosh, you made remember when Polly was going through a Lantus pen in under two weeks. I'm pretty sure my pharmacist loved me!

    Woohoo! A blue! :cool::cool::cool:

    Sometime between now and the weekend, and for a chuckle, get one of your used syringes and try measuring 0.1U with a colored liquid. It'll be the first R dose to try and I found it incredibly hard to dose at first! Those vials of R last a lot longer.;)

    Is that where you push the plunger up, insert the needle to the vial and then release the plunger? Would it be about 1 drop from the syringe needle?
