Max is a puzzle. All those mostly green days are a distant memory yet he still gets green nadirs mostly.

I got a friend to go for a 105 mile freeway drive today which took 1 1/2 hours and still no luck. Out of desperation I went to a mechanic who ran a diagnostic and found something that "might" be preventing the catalytic monitor from heating up enough. I, dropping my car off on the morning. He will replace the part which will hopefully work and get it smog tested. If that doesn't do it he will get his partner to drive it home and do a drive cycle and bring it back Friday morning. I'm exhausted I guess from all the stress in my life. :banghead: I told the mechanic I think the government wants me to get a new car. He said it's got lots of miles left but if I decide to get rid of it to let him know first. Those cars go forever he said.

Well, it's good to know it's a good car, even if you can't get it to pass smog.

There's something to be said for mostly green nadirs. Lots of blue is pretty good, too. How is he feeling? Is he eating well? Do you still have some of the Friskies Special Diet left? My kitties go for a while eating it and then they don't want it again, so I keep pulling it out every so often. I'm gonna run out of it eventually, though!

Vines and prayers for your DM and stress relieving vines for you!

Thanks Tricia. Max is acting okay except for the noises he makes. His appy is good. I'm feeding a mixture of SD, Mauri, and Nulo turkey and chicken. Low blues are okay but the high ones that likely are followed by a food spike that I don't bother to test for means too much time above 120. I don't miss the 40's though.
