Yesterday

Working from home today so running a small curve So far, her nadir is later today than usual.

There was a discussion about R on her tread yesterday. I hesitate to shoot R at PS time because she can drop fast in the early Levemir cycle (see 12/15 PM cycle) - she dropped from 503 to +2 325. I have used R if I am home late in her AM cycles (mostly weekends) and she is over 300 by +8 (see 11/29 for example).

Back to work now Hope all is well with the beans and kitties!

I was thinking R late in the cycle if she starts to come up before PMPS. Maybe +10? Or the threat was enough.

Feel like the threat was enough. I am home today because I will meet DH for his office Holiday party and someone needed to be home for PM shot. I will be leaving after the shot until +5 or +6.

Cats on Lev often nadir at preshot time. She is on her way back up. I would have gone full dose.

Wendy's point is well taken. You might want to look through Hyde's SS and see where his nadirs tend to fall. Sometimes, I think people forget that Lev has a later nadir than Lantus. There are more people here who use Lantus and it's easy to think of a nadir at around +6 (give or take) vs a nadir with Lev which can be a few hours later.
