Yup, looks like he earned that increase. How's the spraying situation? I hope it's improved.

It was just that one time (and two times before that). It’s been over a period of several months. Not sure why he’s doing it. At this point we are just keeping a close eye on him and correcting him if he goes near the cabinets.
