Hello All,
It's been quite a while since I have done a BFG update, he is doing great still OTJ since april 2016, though he's been a little bluer than I like of late, he does seem to go bluer when the weather turns colder

This morning before he went of to the cattery he was 88 so that made me happy, he is well cared for at the cattery and Asum loves him to bits. SS is not updated, but I test every morning and he is usually somewhere between mid 70's and 110.
There have been some changes to George's home life since I last posted, we have adopted two kittens, Freddie (Federico Garcia Lorca) came first he's an exuberant, confident little boy, and Iris (iris Murdoch) a cuddley, gentle little girl. We took our time to make sure that they were all rubbing along quite well together. Iris and Fred are inseparable, and George gets on with them as long as it is on his terms (well he is a senior so he is entitled to be grumpy at times
)
Feeding times have been challenging, George continues to be a food gourmet so we need to supervise meal and snack times to make sure he doesn't get into the kittens food, long term plan is to make a room accesible (vi microchip cat flap) only to the kittens, and that is where we will feed them.
We were worried at first that the kittens might stress George out, but I think they have been good for him, he plays a little every day, which is not bad for an old boy and he seems generally more alert, they are all indoor cats, but come the evening we all have some supervised outdoor time before the sun goes down.

Anyways, I'll be off the board for about a fortnight whilst we visit our nearest and dearest, I hope that all your kitties stay safe, loads of

scritches and vines to all that may need them, and plenty of

for those beans whose kitties insist on PJ parties.

The kittens are adorable. BFG looks to be in fine form too. Maybe he'll give Iris some more singing lessons while you are gone. Have a great holiday.
