Tucker seems to like lower nadirs during the PM cycle. That happens with Leo too. You are safe to increase to 3.25.
An alternative is to run another 2 doses at 3.0 and see if the depot brings him down during the day. In other words, it would be nice to see a lower AM cycle nadir. He had a lower AM nadir on August 10.
