Can anyone else take a look at my post from yesterday and answer anything?

We caught a much better number this morning at 4:30 (PM+7)- 190. We didn't get much on him today yet; just an AM+11 (218). Of course we can't know how much he fluctuated, but that's better than seeing 3xx or higher!

Also, no Lantus pens yet. The tracking still hasn't been updated. It's driving me nuts!

Sorry no one go to you today. You added a new question to yesterday's post since I responded. I think you should just keep the same dose when you get the new pens. Hard to say if it'll be more effective. But I wouldn't switch to a new pen until a cycle when you can monitor, in case there is a difference.
