I'm going to throw in a bunch of anti-jinxes (anti-jinx, anti-jinx, anti-jinx, anti-jinx, anti-jinx) because he has been looking so good lately and I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

This really is a red letter day (more anti-jinxes). EVERYONE ate their breakfast with a minimum of fuss this morning, AND, it was one of the "old" flavors (pre-chemo pickiness), Evo 95% Chicken & Turkey. Not only that, but Minka came down later and asked for more - and ate it!

DH got my keyboard back to the way it was before (with the problem fixed, too), so typing is easier. :)

It is grey and raining lightly, with some wind, but not bad. LOVE IT!

The lawn guys came, but didn't bother to mow (not much to cut, anyway with so little water lately). They pruned the last rosebush instead.

I confess, I'm still in my jammies. I'm having back spasms again, although this time I can't figure out why. I'd better go get dressed and get on lb patrol before the natives get restless.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday.

Great kitty report (anti-jinx). Bummer on the back spasms....been having some shoulder/neck spasms myself lately - must be the hazard of being a helicopter MamaBean. I hope yours settle soon....have a great evening, Tricia!
 
Thanks for the visits, Elise, Serryn, Marilyn, Carla, Laura, Chris, Wendy and Amy. My back felt better after I took a mild muscle relaxer. I'm hoping I just slept funny - although I can't imagine how that happened, with one cat on my side and one on my feet! :p I still took it easy today, just to be safe (any excuse to skip the workout! ;)).

Cinco continues to make his mamabean happy with a blue PMPS after that lovely surf. Such a good boy!

Minka is back to her picky ways. I gave her a bite of tonight's entree, Instinct Limited Ingredient Lamb, and she licked it off the spoon, so I thought we were a go, but when she got her plate she tried to bury it (her signal for, I'm not eating that, Mama! It smells like poo!). :rolleyes: I offered her some Wellness Turkey, but she wouldn't even take that off the spoon, so I'm trying to wait her out. She did have two snacks of the Evo today, so I don't mind waiting. Eventually I'll probably break out the FF. Sasha finished off the Evo an hour before dinner so I wasn't surprised that she only ate half her dinner (she liked the lamb!). Harvey and Cinco, of course, cleaned their plates.

Still raining lightly, as it has all day. It's supposed to rain on and off through Monday, I think. Then who knows when we'll see the wet stuff again, so we'll enjoy every drop of this.

Leftovers tonight, so not much prep to do. I'm going to do some visiting and play some games! Oh, the luxury!
 
Woohoo for happy appys! And LOVE that surfing action from Mr. Cinco. :D :D :D Vines for your back too. I don't see any reason why the cats would cause anything funky. :rolleyes: :joyful:
