Hi, Nachos +5 last night was 57 then this morning AMPS/+12 is 63.

Since I have to go to work I will be feeding and skipping the AM Shot today. Will be back around +8/9 to see how he did.

Yesterday pre shot was 68 and he went a little under 50, so to be safe.

Good question and I would think that if he goes above 120 then maybe a .10 again . He is doing things his own way and was only on the .10 dose for 6 cycles when you dropped him to a drop for just one cycle. So I am not really sure and hope that others weigh in.

Maybe a drop dose if over 120. Though technically on SLGS you wouldn't give any insulin.

! I'm excited ! Nacho seemed to follow more of the TR cycle with just a few doses at each amount.. interesting! With TR would I still shoot these lower numbers? Or not necessarily?

I'd get a +3 tonight.....if it's lower than the Pre-shot, I'd say you're good to go on the OTJ trial because it means his pancreas is working!!
