Hello-

Idiotically, I gave Maxi a fur shot this morning. He was supposed to move up to 6.5 units of Lantus, but this was a major fur shot, so he got a lot less than 6.5.

So, should I go ahead and give him R? If so, how much?

I just gave him 1.5 R 3 hours after his AM failed Lantus shot.

Is the +6 you mentioned 6 hours after the Lantus or 6 hours after the R?

Just catching up. Please note the R shot on the ss in the +3 cell.

The +6 R shot in your most recent scale refers to 6 hours after Lantus, assuming all Lantus got in.

For the balance of this FS cycle, if +8 is red, give 2u R. If +8 is pink give 1.5u in R.
