greetings earthlings,

4/18 condo

decided to increase this morning since today is relaxed enough that I can test more.
She has been trending upward and just a week ago I was trying to move my shot time earlier after missing shot time. I think her numbers were a little better when I was doing those half hour changes. This week I keep trying to move shot time earlier, and don't wake up in time.
And then the medicines are more in her system now plus she's I think the gabapentin might not be addressing
her pain. ( because the vet thinks bupe isn't good long term)

Anyone have any evidence to the contrary to give her....
when Shadow is in pain, her numbers definitely hang out in the blues ( figured that out a couple of years ago)
There's too many factors right now...
pain from her inflammation....
hip/ arthritis pain....
prednisolone....
doubt that gengraf (modified cyclosporin) is boosting numbers.

no excess peeing, drinking water at all. and poo is back to normal ( antijinx)

my tulips survived the snow.... and the fruit trees flowers are still on the tree..... hope we get fruit this year.

Lots of moving parts for your little girl, Chris. You sure seem to have that "know your cat" thing down pretty good. Just sending vines the dosecrease helps!

I hope the dosecrease produces the desired results and that the new shot time will help, too. Sorry, can't comment on the "technical" questions!
Glad your garden survived the storm. Have a fine day, Rhiannon,

Good luck with the dosecrease. I don't have any medical reasons for the bupe. I can only tell you my experience. My civvie Callie was diagnosed with stomach cancer on Sept. 25, 2013. She has been taking bupe 3 times a day ever since and not had any problems with it. I give her 0.06 ml each time.

I'm glad Shadow's poo is back to normal.

I like that PMPS. Question is, where did she go from there??? If the gabapentin isn't taking care of the pain, I think there needs to be a change. We are looking at quality, not quantity, of life here, right? Maybe you need to have another discussion with your vet about Bupe? Just my two cents' worth.

Sending pain free vines.
