Nermal went hypo (45) on 4/1l, so she earned a reduction down to .5U. Her numbers then went up high and I thought it was a bounce that would clear, but apparently I waited too long (12 cycles) to take the dose back up. So I went back up to .75U, and on the second cycle of that she went down to 64. But yesterday and today she's back up in the 200s and 300s. Could someone please take a look at her SS? This is confusing.

Looks like Nermal bounced in reaction to that 64 yesterday. I would hold the dose a couple more days and see where her nadirs end up when this current bounce is over. That can take up to six cycles after the event that caused the bounce.
A favour to ask, could you put "TR" in your signature so it's clean which dosing method you are following.
