Good Morning LL! Thank you Elsa! :coffee: :coffee: A little extra R this morning. I think I goofed and gave a few too many extra carbs to keep her going last night. Better safe than sorry though I guess.

Emma is liking the Rad Cat raw, she was definitely getting tired of the NV Rabbit, but we were trying to keep her on a novel protein diet. Hopefully the SmallBatch Lamb will be in next week so she can have that in her rotation.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

wish I could get mine to eat lamb.... she is so totally not interested.
and I never have seen a cat chasing a lamb around in a field.... :joyful:

what do you know about all the freeze dried raw options out there?

My fur kids like their lamb but it's fattier, though cheaper, than venison and kangaroo so I only feed it occasionally. Great option if you are looking to put on some weight though. Cougars take down sheep up here, just bigger pussy cats. ;) Ditto on goat which is another option here which mine have tried. I have even seen llama raw food but not tried it.

Sunny yellow day, I hope she floats, slowly, down today.

About last night--me and my big mouth, sorry Tess!!:oops: Paws and fingers crossed for a nice gentle slide tonight!

I bought the large size carton of Radcat, then discovered it is pretty high in phosphorus... It seemed like all the raw foods were even higher than the Radcat though!

@rhiannon and shadow Shoot a PM to Elise @tiffmaxee I am pretty sure Max gets Stella & Chewys.

Yo Tess, Will you be in the lagoon tonight? I'm here, waiting for you!
~ Rusty

Good luck with Emma's raw fuds.

Have a great weekend, guys,

Ella & Rusty

@Tiger and Ruth the Lamb Rad Cat is good for phosphorus. You should be able to get SmallBatch up there, too. The turkey is very good for both carbs and phos. I think Nature's Variety may have changed the formulas, so not sure what the numbers are now, but their raw was all good for phos too, but Tess got tired of it. I should recheck them though.

I'm glad Tess is doing better. I really wish we could get the Small Batch here. I've asked our independent feed store if they could contact the Small Batch distributor.

I hope you can find the foods for Emma that will work for her stomatitis.

Tess, I see you are giving the beans a night off from PJ parties. Gathering your strength for the next one? Let's not get too carried away with the bouncing, please. That's quite high enough.

Cinco loved the RadCat turkey. I'm trying to decide if I should add that to his diet. I'm not sold on going totally raw with him though.

Marje, I think SmallBatch purposely limits it's distribution area to keep things local. Unfortunately you seem to be in a hole between their CA and CO plants.
