Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 203

She is doing better this morning. I wonder if yesterday's vomit was from not eating her overnight snacks, but it was food, not bile she vomited.

I also noticed lately her rear end is higher than test of body, hunchback like. Is that a symptom of someting? I haven't googled it yet but something tells me it does.

Off to work. At least today will be better than yesterday. I remember why I don't want to work weekdays.

Ravan's been vomiting white watery foam 2 days now. He's eating OK so I'm not sure what's causing it.

The hunchback look, I wonder is she has some arthritis. How is she jumping up or jumping down from heights? Got a pic?

Jumps up and down off chair that's it. Sometimes she has trouble jumping up. I will try to get pic if I can get her to stand long enough.. Dr has always said she thinks she might have had some injury at sometime. She always reacts if it's touched but has finally allowed me to brush the area some. It just seems more pronounced now.

Don't know how well you can see in the pics. Also in process of uploading a video of how she lays down. Can't see her back but you can see how she walks herself down. Definitely has issue, when arthritis or spinal disease I don't know. When it's ready I will post link.

Definitely looks like it hurts her. Neko had arthritis in her elbows, but also along her spine. When I did acupressure along her spine, I could feel it thicker, especially towards her sacrum. And when she lay down it was deliberate, though different from Ollie. I know she's getting bupe and gaba for pain, it she getting anything specifically for the arthritis, like Adequan?

No adequan. In beginning previous vet said cosequin but it didn't seem to do anything. I will have to ask her new vet. Do you give it with bupe and gaba?

Neko didn't get gaba. Tried it but it didn't do much, acupuncture was better for her. I tried a few things to help the joints, like fish oil, tried and stopped Cosequin (equivalent), MSM, Duralactin (anti inflammatory, good if calcium numbers OK, check with vet), and hyaluronic acid (Hyaflex). I also did Cartrophen, which is similar to Adequan and what is used in Canada.
