Yesterday's Bad Day

Cinco is again making Mama very happy today. :D I think he feels pretty good, too. He took a tour of the first floor of the house this morning. He hasn't done that in ages! Harvey wasn't too happy about it, but I was! I'm glad to see him frolicking in the lagoon with his buddies again.

The good news is: Both girls ate all their breakfast (although it took them most of the morning) and both have had a couple of snacks through the afternoon!!! You can tell that both of them feel better just looking at them. I feel better, too!! Thank you so much for all the vines and prayers. They obviously helped. Now I just need them to stay feeling this good (anti-jinx and paws crossed).

Instead of our going into Sacramento tonight for dinner and cards, our friends are coming here. We were going to watch the NASCAR race together, but it got rained out. We'll still have a good time. Ribs are on the BBQ. :)

I love your condo today! I hope the evening with the girls is just as nice and that Cinco continues his nice surf. Have fun with your friends. I'm not much of a meat eater but ribs do sound awfully good.
 
Woo Hoo! I see Cinco is listening to his auntie (well, aunties) about the dosecrease working it!:):D:). It's fun to hear of the tour too. And I'm soooooooooooooo happy to see that the girls ate their fuds:joyful::joyful::joyful:

I miss "chatting" with you every day too, Tricia:bighug:. I check in and see how everyone is, but can't sign in to post at work, it's blocked from cookies and won't let me. TBP is just as bad but hunting for a new one is slow going especially with the oil prices dropping and lay offs everywhere:( I've had a few interviews but there isn't much out there and I seem to spend all my free time scouring the net for them. Then a visit to play some mindless games...Angry Birds of course. Maybe I will do a condo tomorrow, I'll have to upload some pics first and it's my day off...it's Shira and Ivys 1 year gotcha day tomorrow! I was going to do one on the day I lost Chyna (1 year ago!) a few weeks ago but I had to work 12 hours and was tuckered out.

I hope you've had/are having a wonderful day, you could use a nice relaxing day with some friends and good food! And maybe some adult beverages:p. I just bought some creme de cacao (sp?) and am going to attempt chocolate martinis, I've never tried and always wanted to. Gotta use up the vodka hanging out in my cupboard for years...at least that is my excuse:smuggrin:. Have a good one!

And we have another lovely green surf! If I didn't know better, I'd think this was someone else's condo! Everyone ate dinner well. Sasha wanted seconds. :) All kitties have been fed, medicated, hydrated and tested.

We had a great dinner (the ribs were awesome) and cards were fun. Our friends just left. It's so nice to be the one that doesn't have to drive home late at night for a change. Adult beverages were involved. Wine with dinner and peach bellinis before and after. Even some ice cream! Oh, the decadence! :) DH is snoring on the sofa. I need to go wake him and make him go to bed. :p
 
Great report from your house....girls are feeling better and eating, green surfs, fun with friends! Funny...we went out to dinner to a BYOB with my parents last night and my Dad brought the fixin's for peach bellinis, too...yum!!

I hope the appies continue into today....

I read back some of your condos. I am so sorry you had such stressful days, but SO glad both girls ate well yesterday.
I hope their appy is as good today.
