Dosecrease on board this morning. No reds yesterday, that's good. Started the new feeding schedule yesterday so will see if it helps. She didn't eat all of her +6 and +9 overnight. She is now getting 12 oz of food in 24 hrs and probably a bit more since she likes to steal the others left overs before I can get the bowls picked up. She is not begging or ravenous so I think we finally got that figured out, until she changes it again.

Everyone was weighed Sunday and are holding their own. Tripper surprised me as I thought she lost more. Olive gained 1/2 pound.

Olive has this greasy gunky spot on her tail I can't seem to get rid of. I can comb it but it's back in a day or to. Tried washing it and it just doesn't go away. I think I will try some Dawn dish detergent and see if that works.

Everyone have a good day even if it's dreary and rainy.

Maybe it's this? https://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/skin/c_ct_stud_tail_supracaudal_gland_hyperplasia

Good luck with the dosecrease. Glad everyone is holding their own with their weight. Maybe once you get Olive better regulated the greasy spot will clear up.

Paws crossed for longer stretches of blue.

Olive gets a lot of food. Is she below her ideal weight?

I don't know what her ideal weight should be. Vets think she was much larger at one time. She has muscle loss in the hips, with the distended abdomen and long hair that sticks out its hard to tell. She was 9 lbs when she got here and that was to thin. I think 11-12 lbs is good for her and she looks better than the 9 lbs. She was getting almost 24 oz when she first got here. She has cut back on her own. Hoping we will be able to cut out the 1 o'clock feeding soon. I have cut the amount of it back. I certainly don't want her to get overweight.

Only picked her +7 meal which was late, cuz she wasn't interested. Only licked PMPS just now which has her gabapentin in it. We are now 30 minutes late for shot. Do I give 1/2 dose?
