That's really not a bad number considering she'd eaten HC food before her test! I had to grab a Sharpie and write "High Carb" on all the cans of HC food to avoid either the wrong food being given or endless questions by text asking me to "describe the can I want to be used"...not easy when I always have a real variety of cat food in the house to cover any picky days any of the cats might have! Once I'd marked them, I made it clear that if I needed anyone to give HC food, I'd tell them to use one of the cans I'd labelled...anything else was for general use. I'm sure hiding the HC food will work just as well - if your DH is anything like mine, if it's even slightly hidden it might as well not exist!! Hopefully she'll give you a better number tonight. And Happy Day 2!!
I had actually taken y'alls advice and marked the HC food, but some of it wasn't marked, and of course that's what DH managed to find. It's now ALL hidden, and he will not find it!!
