Good morning everyone. Moe’s AMPS is 437. Something is up. He vomited a little overnight and appetite is off. He ate some, but not as much as usual.

This morning I am trying a new vial of basaglar, to check if the old vial has lost efficacy. I dropped his dose back to 2.0 units just to be on the safe side and hopefully avoid a hypo incident. I’ll be monitoring closely all day. If his BG jumps up, I’ll increase back to 3.0 for pm shot.

Early yet, but I suspect it's not the vial.

Agree. I’m thinking that I’ll give him 3.0 units tonight from the new vial, then go back to the old vial and increase to 3.5 tomorrow morning.

Increased to 3.0 units from the new vial for PM shot. No real change. Back to the old vial, and increase to 3.5 tomorrow morning, I think. @Wendy&Neko - thoughts?
